Executive Assistant (WFH)

Responsibilities

Assist the CEO’s office in a variety of administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling
Collaborate with different departments to gather data, reports, and insights for the CEO's review
Support in the preparation of presentations, briefs, and documents for internal and external meetings
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO’s office, ensuring comprehensive note-taking and follow-up actions
Coordinate event arrangements and itineraries for the CEO
Conduct research on topics as directed by the CEO, which could include market insights, competitor analysis, and the latest in sustainability innovations
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and project execution on behalf of the CEO

Human Resources (WFH)

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily and incidental administrative activities of HR
Assist in the development of HR systems (People Development, OKR, Job Desc, Competency Dictionary, Job Analysis, Talent Pool Database)
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops. Collaborate with HR team members to identify training needs and create development plans
Stay updated on labor laws and assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies as needed

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or at least have entered the 6th semester or the last semester of the university with the Department of Psychology/HR Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The internship program is open to enrolled university students and fresh graduates.

2. Can I apply for an internship if I am still an enrolled student?

We really encourage students who are still active in their respective universities.

3. How long is the internship period?

Internship period minimum 3 months or adjusted to the needs of each position.

4. How long does the recruitment process take and will everyone be notified if they don't pass?

The recruitment process usually takes around 7-14 working days and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

5. Is this a paid/unpaid internship?

It is a paid internship.

6. Is it WFO or WFA?

We apply Work From Anywhere (WFA) or remote working with active working days from Monday to Friday (9-6). Should be available for occasional offline meetings.
