Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic, versatile individuals to join our team as Climate Tech Venture Builders. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with early-stage climate tech startups. As a GTM Specialist, you’ll guide startups in crafting effective market entry strategies, positioning products, and connecting with the right audiences to fuel their growth.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy Development: Work closely with startups to design and execute customized go-to-market strategies, covering customer segmentation, brand positioning, and messaging.

  • Customer Acquisition & Growth: Lead initiatives in customer acquisition, creating a path for startups to establish and expand their market presence.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to inform GTM strategies, staying on top of market trends and competitors.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and nurture channel and partnership opportunities to extend the reach of startup solutions.

Requirement

  • Education: Open to all academic backgrounds, as long as you’re passionate about climate tech and can meet the role’s responsibilities.

  • Some Experience in Go-to-Market Strategy: Some experience through internships, projects, or early work in customer acquisition, market analysis, or brand positioning.

  • Strategic & Data-Driven Approach: Ability to interpret customer and market data to uncover insights that can be turned into impactful actions.

As a Business Design Specialist, you’ll help startups develop financially sound models and strategic plans that ensure long-term growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build financial models that assist startups with budgeting, forecasting, and assessing unit economics.

  • Business Model Development: Work with startups to refine revenue strategies and assess profitability.

  • Industry Insights & Benchmarking: Provide insights on market trends and benchmarks to align startups with best practices.

  • Strategy: Guide startups in creating actionable strategies that balance growth goals with financial sustainability.

Requirement

  • Education: Open to candidates from any academic background, provided you’re passionate about climate tech and can fulfill the role’s responsibilities.

  • Some Experience in Business Design: Some exposure to financial analysis, business model development, or unit economics through internships, projects, or early work experience.

HRD Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan seluruh fungsi HRD.

Responsibilities

  • Memimpin pengelolaan dan pengembangan dari keseluruhan fungsi HRD.

  • Melakukan tugas administrasi terkait rekrutmen dan penerimaan karyawan baru.

  • Mengontrol dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan absensi dan payroll.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan para kepala divisi dalam membuat prosedur SDM seperti KPI, uraian tugas, penilaian, pelatihan, dan pengembangan.

  • Membantu Direktur Operasional dalam implementasi kebijakan yang terkait dengan organisasi SDM.

Requirement

  • Memahami undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan kebijakan HR terkini.

Project Coordinator

Description

Scaling Up Local Enterprise on Waste Management (SULE-WM) project is a series of development and capacity-building programs consisting of acceleration and mentoring, scaling up strategy, business matchmaking, and monitoring for potential local waste management enterprises in Indonesia. By fostering partnerships, providing business matchmaking, and continual monitoring, the project aims to make waste management enterprises have a profitable business model and are able to create decent jobs while preventing plastic pollution to the ocean.

Responsibilities

  • project team and stakeholders.

  • Provide execution plan and strategy to achieve the project deliverables

  • Manage and monitor the progress of the project with excellent data collecting and reporting

  • Identify risk and propose alternative solutions

  • Mapping, engage, and maintain the relations with the relevant stakeholders

  • Represent clients for any external enagement and negotiation

  • Prepare and present the progress of project to the key stakeholders

  • Control project budget allocation effectively and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and coordination abilities, particularly in NGOs or similar contexts.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences across cultures and regions.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder liaison, negotiation, and collaboration.

  • High initiative, and able to work independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Language proficiency/fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.

Professional Experience and Competencies

  • 3+ years in project coordination/management, with staff supervision and goal achievement.

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Communications, Environmental Engineering, International Relations, that relevant to the project

  • Experience working in the field or manage project execution in local area

  • Communication expertise in the development sector, non-profits, social enterprises or waste management is a plus.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in circular economy, waste management, and sustainability

  • Certified in any project management, waste management, or circular economy workshop will be an advantage

  • Proficient in using social media for marketing and tracking communication effectiveness.
