Climate Innovation Acceleration (CIA) 2026 is an acceleration program to promote market adoption of climate-tech startups in Indonesia, by connecting startups with industries, experts, and government to accelerate national sustainability goals. This program is accelerated by HSBC Indonesia, Ecoxyztem, and Greeneration Foundation.

As Project Management Officer (PMO), you will play a strategic role in ensuring that the entire CIA 2026 program runs on track, compliant, and impactful, including coordination with partners and beneficiaries.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors with minimum 2-3 years of experience in project/program management

• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects

• Familiar with timeline-driven & output-based programs

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in Indonesian, working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, and program milestones

• Coordinate across stakeholders (funders, partners, mentors, universities)

• Manage the approval & governance process (content, events, reporting)

• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies between activities

• Prepare monthly progress reports & final program reports

• Maintain neat and accountable program documentation

Professional Experience and Competencies

• Experience in donor-funded/corporate-funded programs

• Experience handling incubator/accelerator programs is a plus

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in sustainability, ESG, climate, or innovation ecosystems

• Familiar with tools: Zoom, Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace
