We are looking for an experienced candidate in the HR field who is ready to manage recruitment, administration, HR policies, and employee development. A minimum of 3 years of experience and an educational background in Management or Psychology is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and improvement of HRD functions.

  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and payroll processes.

  • Coordinate with department heads to develop HR procedures such as KPIs, job descriptions, performance evaluations, training, and employee development programs.

  • Assist operation head of Operations in implementing organizational policies related to HR.

  • Update company policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and relevant regulations.

  • Monitor compensation and benefit programs.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Previous experience working in a startup environment is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and current HR policies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
