Responsibilities
Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Help maintain employee data and HR documents
Assist in organizing training or employee engagement activities
Handle basic administrative and HR operational tasks
Support HR team in daily tasks and projects
Requirement
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from HR, Psychology, Management, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Willing to learn and proactive
Able to handle administrative tasks
Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
