This role offers hands-on experience collaborating with national and international stakeholders. You will support opportunity identification, partnership building, and strategic initiatives that advance Ecoxyztem’s mission in tackling climate challenges at scale

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, global trends, and potential partners

• Support lead generation and prospecting activities for business partnerships

• Initiate and maintain communication with potential partners and clients

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership materials

• Coordinate meetings, introductions, and follow-ups with external stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational priorities

• Represent Ecoxyztem in meetings, events, and cross-cultural engagements

Requirement

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from International Relations, Development Studies, or related fields

• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills (English proficiency required)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments, strong analytical and organizational skills

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
