In this role, you will collaborate with early-stage climate-tech startups to develop sound financial models, strengthen business strategies, and support long-term growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics analysis

• Support business model development and revenue strategy refinement

• Conduct industry research and benchmarking to provide actionable insights

• Assist startups in developing growth strategies that align with financial sustainability

• Present findings and recommendations in clear, structured formats

• Work closely with startup teams to align stakeholders on business objectives

Requirement

• Open to all academic backgrounds; interest in climate tech and business design is essential (fresh graduates encouraged

• Exposure to financial analysis, business modeling, or unit economics through internships, coursework, or projects

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; able to convert data into practical insights

• Fast learner with versatility across financial planning, market research, and business model refinement

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic startup environments

• Clear verbal and written communication, especially in explaining financial or strategic concepts

• Passionate about supporting climate-tech startups and building sustainable, impactful business models
