This program will require students and fresh graduates to deliver the project assigned as well as develop and prepare themselves to become ready to work by experiencing real-life business problem.

Open Internship Positions

General Requirements

• Internship period minimum 3 months

• Open for enrolled high school students (min. 17 yo) and university students (min. 6th semester). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Can show proof of internship letter from the School/University if accepted at Ecoxyztem (for enrolled student)

• Already following the Vaccination Program from the Government, both Vaccine 1 and Vaccine 2

• Agree on the specified deliverables and time commitment accordingly

• Proficient in using digital tools and have personal gadgets (laptop & smartphone) to support working hybrid

Program Development

Job Description

• Develop program, modules, and learning materials for ongoing projects and startups, including portfolios

• Facilitate live session for startups

• Handling projects with partners

Requirement

• Strong analytical thinking

• Familiar with program design

• Effective communication skill

• Detail-oriented, familiar with project management flow (documents preparation, report, work chart, etc)

Business Management

Job Description

• Analyze and develop Ecoxyztem Business Process Management (BPM)

• Analyze the alignment of Ecoxyztem's business strategy which includes; Strategy, Process, Organizational Design, Performance Management, People, Governance, and Technology

Requirement

• Have background in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Management / Business Development / related major

Finance

Job Description

• Analyze and develop Ecoxyztem Financial Management

• Assist the process of auditing financial statements

• Assist in developing Project Financial Management documents

• Conduct research on technological developments in business financial management

• Have background in Economics / Accounting / Industrial Engineering / Economics / Management / Business Development / related major

HR & GA

Job Description

• Assist in the daily and incidental administrative activities of HR & GA in the Operations Division

• Assist in the development of HR systems (Organization Development, KPI, Job Desc, Competency Dictionary, Job Analysis, Talent Pool Database)

• Have background in Psychology / Economics / HR Management / related major

Marketing Communication

Job Description

• Explore partnership with potential stakeholders

• Develop social media strategy and campaign

Requirement

• Experienced in managing event, or organization as marketing, fund raising, sponsorship, and communication

• Have the passion to explore partnership and knowing more people in the sustainability landscape and beyond

Creative

Job Description

• Create publication materials in form of poster, social media post, and video

• Collaborate with Marketing Communication team to develop social media strategy and campaign

Requirement

• Able to operate software of creative maker for graphic and video such as photoshop, coreldraw, AI, after effect, canva, etc

• Willing to explore, support commercial teams with creative ideas and various publication materials

The internship program is open to enrolled high school students (min. 17 yo), university students (min. 6th semester), and fresh graduates.

2. Can I apply for an internship if I am still an enrolled student?

We really encourage students who are still active, especially high school students (min. 17 yo) and university students (min. 6th semester).

3. How long is the internship period?

Internship period minimum 3 months or adjusted to the needs of each position.

4. How long does the recruitment process take and will everyone be notified if they don't pass?

The recruitment process usually takes around 7-14 working days and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

5. Is this paid/unpaid internship?

We provide meal allowance and transportation fee.
